The Dourenv studio (and developer Geko) places the utmost importance on protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Discord bot (App) MoBot collects, why it does so, and how you can exercise your rights.
To ensure its proper functioning as an App (leveling system, economy, profiles, warnings), MoBot stores certain technical data in a secure MySQL database:
The MoBot App does not store the content of your text messages in its database, with the strict exception of the following cases:
The explicit use of the Report system by a member, where the targeted message is temporarily stored for moderation context.
The creation of "Reminders" or "Time Capsules" (where the text is encrypted and saved solely to be delivered to you later).
Message analysis by the AutoMod module is done on the fly, in random-access memory (RAM), and messages are never saved to our disks.
When you chat with MoBot's AI in Direct Messages, or when you use contextual applications (Translate/Summarize via right-click), the relevant text is temporarily transmitted to Google's API (Gemini) for processing.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data.
Given the complexity of MoBot's architecture (cascading deletion of XP, inventories, warnings, and histories across multiple servers), this process is not automated.
