🔒 DOCUMENT 2: Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 2026
Dourenv Studio (and its lead developer, Geko) places the highest priority on protecting your personal data. This policy details what data is collected by the MoBot Discord application, the purposes for which it is collected, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data Collected
To ensure technical functionality (leveling system, economy, profiles, moderation sanctions), MoBot stores specific information in a secure MySQL database:
- Discord Identifiers: Unique numerical IDs for users, servers (guilds), and channels.
- Activity Data: XP points, virtual economy balances, configured birthdates, inventories, and profile settings.
- Server Configuration: All settings defined by administrators (log channels, AutoMod thresholds, reward roles, automated welcome messages).
2. Message Content and Analysis
MoBot highly respects your privacy. The content of your text messages is never stored permanently, with the strict exception of the following explicit cases:
- Reports: When a member uses the internal reporting system, the targeted message is temporarily saved to provide context for server moderators.
- Time Capsules & Reminders: The text you explicitly ask the bot to remember is encrypted and saved solely to be delivered to you on the requested date.
- AutoMod: Message analysis by our security module is performed "on-the-fly" in random-access memory (RAM). Regular messages are processed and immediately forgotten; they are never written to our hard drives.
3. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party APIs
When you interact with MoBot’s AI in Direct Messages or use contextual functions (such as Translate or Summarize), the relevant text is transmitted to the Google API (Gemini) for processing.
- This data is transmitted via a highly secure connection.
- In strict accordance with professional API agreements, this data is not used by Google to train their future public artificial intelligence models.
4. Your Rights (GDPR) and Data Deletion
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data.
- Server Data (Automated Deletion): When MoBot is removed or kicked from a Discord server, our system automatically triggers a strict data wipe. All configurations, logs, and histories associated exclusively with that server are permanently erased from our database.
