Welcome to MoBot. These Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms") govern the use of the MoBot Discord application, developed and maintained by Dourenv Studio (led by lead developer, Geko).

By adding MoBot to your Discord server or interacting with its commands and features, you unreservedly accept the entirety of these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The use of MoBot is subject to the same age restrictions as the Discord platform. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country, e.g., 15 in France) to use our services.

2. Premium Services and Subscriptions

MoBot offers advanced features (specifically the MoFinance Premium module) via a monthly subscription priced at $1.99.

Native Billing: All payments are handled exclusively through Discord's native monetization system. Dourenv Studio will never ask you for payment via external links or Private Messages (DMs).
Refunds: As access to features is immediate upon purchase, no refunds will be issued by Dourenv Studio. Any dispute requests must be addressed directly to Discord Support.

3. Artificial Intelligence (MoBot AI)

The application integrates features powered by Artificial Intelligence. By using them, you agree to:

Refrain from generating NSFW, illegal, hateful content, or misinformation.
Not attempt to saturate our APIs through abusive requests (spam) or bypass security limits. Any abuse will result in a permanent ban.

4. Responsibility of Server Administrators

MoBot provides powerful management tools (AutoMod, Logs, Economy, Levels, Tickets).
